  • Q: What do you charge for shipping?
    A: Moju Project integrates shipping software directly with USPS. Shipping rates are determined by amount of items purchased (their weight) as well as the recipient’s delivery address. For shipping within the U.S. we currently offer USPS First Class, Priority, and Parcel Post. We do also ship internationally with USPS Priority and Express mailing services.


  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
    A: Once an order is received it takes between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. USPS typically runs an additional 2-7 business days unless you pay for expedited shipping. Occasionally certain sizes or styles may be temporarily out of stock (you would be notified and may change your order accordingly). If this is the case your order could end up taking 2-6 weeks to arrive but this happens less than 5% of the time.


  • Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
    A: Yes, we currently offer USPS Priority and Express shipping. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Additional shipping fees will be incurred for expedited orders.






Terms and Conditions for Returns / Exchanges

  • 1.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to company error.
  • 2. All returns must be unworn and in resalable condition.
  • 3. Returns will only be accepted within 90 days of the invoice date.
  • Return merchandise and a copy of the original packing slip or receipt to the address listed at the bottom of the packing slip (or return to sender). Once your return is received and inspected by the Moju Team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. You will be notified via e-mail once your return / exchange has been received and processed.

You can rest assured that your shirt is not only of extremely high quality and will last you for years to come, but that the shirt has been manufactured in a facility that maintains ethical standards of fair wages and appropriate working conditions.

We will never change this policy because we are completely against slave labor, sweat shops, unethical wage standards and so forth. We do extensive research into every company that we work with to make sure that these standards are never compromised.

This also applies to the partner organizations that we work with who produce special items to be sold on the Moju Project.

Another standard of excellence that we stand behind is the quality of our printing. Every item is checked to make sure that there are no mistakes.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase(s) from us, you can return any item for a full money back guarantee for a period of up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

This means if the color or size isn’t what you expected- you can return it with no questions asked!

If you find there is a physical issue with any of our merchandise, let us know and we will happily replace it for you.
